Lovely property in the heart of Stockholm. Our room wasn’t the one we’ve expected (not as shown on booking as a double room in the pictures), however, the room was nice and comfortable nonetheless. But be aware that you may get a room that has not been shown in the pictures. The staff were warm and accommodating whenever we’ve had to interact and always helped with our requests. The hotel is in a busy area of Stockholm and if you’re visiting at the weekend there may be excessive noise from outside. But the windows do a great job in keeping that noise out so you have nothing to worry about and have got nightlife right at your doorstep.

Superb breakfast buffet, and pleasant ambience in the breakfast room/bar. Helpful staff. I always enjoy the old furniture and antiques throughout this hotel.

High class hotel, and it lives up to the (high) expectations. We stayed with our two sons (11 and 9 years) in a family room. Room did not feel cramped and kept a sense of luxury - something you often lose with additional children's beds in a hotel room. Even if the hotel keeps up a classy atmosphere, we felt welcome with the children. The hotel is situated pretty close to a lively party spot, and when we found complimentary ear buds, we were scared. But we didn't suffer any noise in the end - don't know if we were just lucky.

The breakfast was top notch – excellent food and lots to choose from, and the tables was placed in a way that it felt that you could sit semi-privately. The rooms are cosy and decorated in a way so you can feel the older nisch for the hotel, but still with a modern touch in the areas that matter (bathrooms). The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very nice evening bar. Close to Metro Station and easy walk to the city centre.

This is my favorite hotel in Stockholm. I’ve been coming every year since I was a little girl so I have been in many hotels there. This is a great price, excellent location, the staff is so helpful and kind, and they’re great with kids! The breakfast is delicious, they have the best American pancakes! And on top of everything the decor, style and architecture is impeccable. 10/10, highly recommend.

Central location, excellent historical interior and staff is extremely welcoming. Rooms are very lovely and shower is excellent. There is a fridge in the room and large safe. Breakfast is excellent also.

The central location got my attention and the jazz club sealed the deal. The atmosphere and attentive staff were fantastic. The single room was compact but didn’t feel small with space to unpack and prep for nights out.

Exceptional Location. Practically on THE CENTER of the city with lots of clubs/bars and restaurants nearby and all city attractions within a walking distance. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Very convenient the bar next to the lobby of the hotel, that seemed quite popular on a Friday/Saturday night for the locals as well. Hotel is even better in real life than in the pictures!!!!!

Location - proximity to pretty much everything you want to visit in Stockholm. Plenty of options to try for different kinds of food . ***** Very Friendly , helpful staff, the smile on their face every time you speak to them is very infectious . My kids 5 and 6 enjoyed the stay as much as we did . There is nothing I can complain about .

The style and charm of an old hotel with actual facilities that fit our needs. Breakfast was fantastic. Also was a bit concerned with reviews mentioning noise but we didn’t have such an issue. Overall quite an experience, also for our grownup kids.
